Basic Pricing for Weddings:

David Patrone Jazz Wedding Ensembles are fully customized for each event. there are countless aspects involved in providing seamless entertainment for complicated events. For more information about this see our Wedding FAQ. In an effort to make pricing easier to estimate, we generally quote $1500 per musician to include both cocktail reception and dinner reception (approximately six hours). To add a DJ for the end of the reception is an additional $1000 for 2-3 hours.

A typical wedding reception schedule would look like this:

5-6 PM	Cocktail reception (separate location)	Jazz Quartet instrumental (4 musicians)
6-9 PM	Main reception: Dinner and beginning of dancing, toasts, First Dance, (Background music during any breaks)	Jazz Quartet plus David Patrone (5 Musicians)
9-12PM	DJ Completes the night with contemporary dance music.	DJ

	5 musicians:	$7500
	DJ:	$1000
	Total amount:	$8500

A comprehensive sound system and lighting is included for bands and DJ. A wireless microphone is available for any announcements. The band and DJ will schedule breaks around announcements and other natural breaks in the reception (toasts, cake cutting, greetings etc...) We are fully self-contained and will provide everything we need except for staging (usually not required) We can also provide staging at an extra cost (usually the venue provides this).

Ceremony Music:
David Patrone Productions can also provide ceremony music: recorded or live to include String or Brass ensembles. We can also provide sound for the officiator. Give us a call and we'll be happy to meet and discuss the specifics with you and your event planner.

We are completely flexible and will provide a full solution for the sound and entertainment for your event.
