David Patrone is one of San Diego's most frequently booked musicians (over 300 shows in Southern California last year), performing Jazz Vocal standards in a style that is reminiscent of Sinatra, Bennett, Harry Connick Jr., and others of the golden era of American Popular music. He brings class and fun to any special event and his Jazz ensembles feature the best musicians in Southern California. David also pairs with popular DJ's from the hippest clubs in town to create a comprehensive entertainment package. Why decide between a DJ and a Live Band when you can have it all?

David Patrone has performed countless weddings and knows what it takes to make it special.   His philosophy is simple, "One mistake that entertainers make when performing a wedding is failing to focus on the family. When bands play in clubs, we're promoting ourselves, the club or even some product. Some bands don't realize that you have to switch the focus to your client for this type of event. It's all about the family and the Bride on her wedding day. It's our job to ensure that everything moves in that direction."

David Patrone Productions is dedicated to bringing the highest quality musicians to any special event, we look at the day's entertainment as "The Soundtrack to Your Wedding."  We're staffed by professional musicians and we recognize performers who will provide you with top quality entertainment.  David is serious about providing the best entertainment, “We don't waste time with bands that aren't on our level. Many entertainment booking agencies will book your event with the band or DJ who they can pay the least and charge the most for. It’s a tragedy to see this, especially at a wedding. We won't represent an entertainer unless they are talented, experienced and professional. Out of respect for the musicians and the client, we don't take exorbitant booking fees. We disclose all fees to the entertainers we hire. Ask your current booking agent (Even for a DJ) if they do that. You'll find that they don't because they know the bands or DJ's will be shocked to find out that they are getting paid less than half of the fee that you (the client) are being charged. I know, it's happened to me several times. One of the main reasons I started this company was to keep this from happening to myself and to other musicians."
